A two floors volume, which is transformed into a plant in the back. On the ground floor are placed the first major units while the facilities and warehouses are located in the basement.

Natural light is a priority for the treatment rooms , the main activity of the program; they are arranged around two courtyards that enable natural lighting and ventilation of the rooms.

The main facade to the street presents the company’s corporate image Fressenius. A glazed ground floor gives the waiting rooms natural light.

On the first floor, a lattice of perforated precast concrete panel houses the company logo protecting privacy and treatment rooms without depriving them of natural light.

The clinic is committed to self-climatic strategy. It has a biomass boiler located in the basement and photovoltaic panels on the top. In the same line underfloor heating distribution improves the climate.
